Organization
⑴ General Assembly
The highest organ of authority of CATIA is its General Assembly, convened every five years. At least one representative of member companies should be designated to attend it, in order to formulate and amend CATIA's Constitution, vote and veto Directors, review working report and financial report of the Council, and determine working guideline and mission of CATIA.
⑵ Council
CATIA's Council, elected by the General Assembly, is the executive organ in the period of the closing of the General Assembly. Each term is five years. The Executive Council, elected by the Council, consists of the President, several Vice Presidents, the Secretary General and a certain number of Executive Directors.
⑶ Secretariat
The Secretariat is responsible for CATIA's daily work, management and implementation of resolutions and annual working plan of CATIA's Council, assets and financial management, management and coordination of CATIA's affiliated branches and committees.
2. Conference
⑴ The Council will be convened once a year. The Executive Council will be convened once every half year.
⑵ The General Assembly will be convened every five years.
⑶ The China International Adhesives and Sealants Exhibition will be held every year.
⑷ The China Adhesive and Tape Annual Conference will be held every year.
⑸ The committee conference or forum will be held every 2-3 years.
3. Financial Affairs
⑴ Financial resources: annual fees from member units, sponsorship fees from partial member units, consultation and service fees, earnings from exhibition, interests and other incomes.
⑵ Financial management: strictly complied with requirements of the Regulation for Registration and Management of Social Associations, and the Non-governmental Non-profit Organization Accounting System.
